OSEMI provides the highest quality compound semiconductor epitaxial material to industry at a very reasonable cost.
We routinely handle proprietary projects for our customers, supplying them with 2”, 3”, and 4” diameter epiwafers to satisfy both research and production requirements. We will provide epiwafers for your current production of ICs, as well as work with you to develop the next generation of circuits and products using compound semiconductors.
In addition to custom semiconductor growth, we offer our own product line of Molecular Beam Epitaxy (MBE) grown compound semiconductor materials for electronic devices, including our new line of GO-GaNTM, GO-GaAsTM, GO-SiCTM and GO-CSTM MOSFET materials, devices and circuits. We also provide a variety of PHEMT, DHBT, Laser, and Detector structures for immediate delivery. Our standard epiwafer products provide engineers and circuit designers with excellent performance at a lower cost and greater convenience.
